Subscribe once and every booking shows up in whatever calendar app your staff and volunteers already use — Google, Microsoft, Apple, or others. Pick the rooms, areas, or vehicles you care about, and their bookings appear automatically.
Keep tabs on what you care about. Subscribe to specific rooms, areas, or vehicles and know the moment one frees up, a request needs your sign-off, or a booking changes.
Book individual rooms, or group several into an area — for example, the auditorium, lobby and adjoining rooms — to have them act as one. Vehicles and equipment — chairs, tables, AV gear — can be tracked too.
Invite users and assign each one a role — decide who can book outright, who needs a pastor's or facilities team's sign-off first, and who's limited to specific rooms or resources.
